and Conditions |
- Payment Terms: VISA, MasterCard,
Discover Card or American Express. We're sorry, but we cannot accept payment from International credit cards. Cashier's check or money order can also be mailed to us prior to product being shipped.
- Orders paid with a credit card
can
only be shipped to the addresses on file with your credit card
company. If you want your order shipped to another
address, please contact your credit card company and add the
address to your account as an "Alternate Shipping
Address".
- At the time you place your order, our
system performs an "Authorization" to your credit
card. The "Authorization" confirms the address you
provided matches the address where your credit card
statement is mailed. In addition, your credit card company
informs us if there are sufficient funds in your account for
this purchase. Although the funds are not forwarded to us at
this time, your bank will place a freeze on this dollar
amount until we charge your card and process your order. If
you have any questions regarding "Authorizations"
contact your credit card company's Customer Service. the
phone number is usually found on the back of your credit
card.
- Open billing accounts are
restricted to public schools and government offices and agencies.
- Payments on open accounts are due in full as specified on our invoice. Late payments, offsets or deductions for any reason are not allowed.
1% 15/NET 30 terms for approved accounts.
- A hard copy of your purchase order must accompany all orders. You may mail the PO to;

- Verbal orders will not be shipped until we receive a hard copy of your purchase order.
- Schools and government bids welcome. Please email

- Orders placed or shipped in Ohio are
subject to 6.75% Sales Tax. Exempt Customers: A valid Tax Exempt form must be provided at the time of your
first order.

voice mail and fax machine are available 24 hours. We are
closed for most major holidays (New Year's Day | Good Friday | Memorial Day | Independence |Labor Day | Thanksgiving | Christmas)

SHIPPING |
- Most orders are shipped from. Mentor, Ohio by the courier of our choice. If other shipping arrangements are required, please contact us for applicable charges.
- Some merchandise will
be drop shipped direct to you from the manufacturer by the
courier of our choice. If other shipping arrangements are required, please contact us for applicable charges.
- In-stock items ordered by noon Eastern time
ship the same or next business day. You'll be updated with
estimated ship date if item is on backorder.
- We process and ship orders Monday through
Friday except for major holidays.
- If you must have your order by a certain
date, we advise you to contact us by phone to assure it's
available.
- Shipping transit times are quoted for
business days. Weekends and holidays do not count. NEXT DAY
shipping takes ONE BUSINESS DAY | 2ND Day shipping
takes TWO BUSINESS DAYS | 3 DAY SELECT takes
THREE BUSINESS DAYS.
- Customer is responsible for all freight charges and a 20% restocking fee for unaccepted or refused delivery of shipments.
- All claims for damage or pilferage must be reported within
10 days of receipt. (This time frame is firm, carriers such as
UPS and FedEx will not take responsibility after 10 days)
- Save all boxes and packing material, until you are sure the product is in good working order.
- Certain merchandise can not be shipped to PO, FPO or APO Boxes.
We will contact you if there is an issue, or you can contact
us prior to placing your order.
- $6.50 Shipping / Free Shipping via USPS is limited
to small orders.

- We only ship merchandise
inside the 50 United States of America. We do not ship to US
Territories.

RETURNS |
- A copy of the Cousin's Video's invoice must be included with all
returns
- Non-defective returns are subject to a restocking fee of
15%.
- Custom products may not be returnable or
may face a higher re-stocking fee. Please contact us prior
to ordering to confirm the return conditions.
- A Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained from Cousin's Video prior to the return of any merchandise. RA numbers are valid for
10 days only.
- An RA will only be issued when
contacted within 10 days for non-defective returns.
- All returns must be shipped freight prepaid and double boxed with the RA number displayed on the exterior.
- Credit will not be issued until Cousin's Video has received and examined the returned merchandise.
- Returns will be credited at the price paid on the invoice, less any restocking fee.
- Original shipping charges are
not refundable.
