Cousin’s Video began in 1985 in Ohio. We started out just being strictly a visual and video equipment repair facility. Our customers expressed the desire to have a local company where they could not only have their equipment repaired but also purchase new equipment. We wanted to give our customers what they wanted, so in 1988 we began selling the same products that we had only repaired for the last three years. As sales grew we expanded our sales department with more unique products and lines from manufacturers such as Dalite, Panasonic, Zenith, and Califone. 

As technology changed, we did too. In 1995, we launched our company on the internet by purchasing our domain name CousinsVideo.com and put up a small homepage on AOL. We had a simple, one page design where our regular customers and new customers could purchase our products online.

While our business has changed since 1985, customer service is still a priority to us. We're available to answer all your questions before you purchase. We may not be able to answer your question immediately, but we will research and get back to you as quick as possible.
